WhatsApp is an instant messaging application available on different platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows 10 Mobile, etc. It is undoubtedly the communication application that has grown the fastest. At the beginning it only sent text messages but now you can send images, videos, audios, GIFs, location, etc. You can also make voice and video calls.

WhatsApp was created by Brain Acton and Jan Koum (2009) to make communication and sending multimedia messages easier and faster. In 2016, WhatsApp was acquired by Facebook for a final price of 21.8 billion dollars, thus becoming part of the services of Mark Zuckerberg's company.

WhatsApp already has 1.5 billion monthly users worldwide. More than 60 billion messages are sent through the app every day.

How can we use WhatsApp in our company or business?
1# Internal communication of the work team
The best thing about WhatsApp is that almost WhatsApp Number Database everyone uses it and it doesn't require any training. Therefore, implementing it within our work team is easy and requires no investment.

Communication with the client
How many of us have received calls from unknown numbers and have not answered the call? However, if we receive a message from a stranger we will surely stop to see what it is about. With WhatsApp we get a greater response and commitment from the client.
In the same way, it gives us the opportunity to use informal language that makes the commercial nature of our communications go unnoticed and communicate in a more personal way with customers.



With this tool, we can collect  user feedback in a simple and fast way. As it is a direct means of communication, customers are more active and exchange their opinions on the purchasing process, the product, the service, etc.Customer service
WhatsApp is a great tool for providing customer support because of its immediacy and simplicity. A real-time customer service center, where the response and interaction with our customer is done by direct message. Surely our customers would prefer to send us a message through WhatsApp instead of calling a phone number or sending an email.
However, offering customer support through WhatsApp is not a good option for all businesses. For large companies with a large number of customers who usually receive a high number of daily queries (for example telephone companies) it can be too expensive a task. Therefore, this option is good if we have a reasonable number of customer requests.
Any customer could use this medium for any questions during the purchase process, to find out the status of their shipment or for post-sale follow-up but, as with other means, it is important that we establish customer service hours.

Marketing and promotion
WhatsApp is here to replace SMS. We have realized that WhatsApp can be a very strong marketing tool as it is a good platform for direct communication with our customer.
We can use WhatsApp to send images, audio files, short videos related to our products and text messages to users around the world. Unlike SMS or email, there is less restriction on the format and higher delivery rate. This does not mean that we spam to reach the largest number of people. Ideally, we should use WhatsApp to engage with our customers rather than trying to reach new users.
This tool is ideal for informing our customers about new offers, promotions, contests, etc. Some of its uses can be:

With the new status feature, we can create special promo codes for our customers. It can be a flash sale with a certain duration or a special day to attract traffic, etc. Separately, we can send our customers general discounts, seasonal promotions, offers, purchase coupons and even clearance opportunities individually.
